Myself and Fiachra (AKA Figs, Freddie Murphury, Father Fig) have been playing music together for over ten years. We’ve played in many bands together in the before times, but eventually decided to go out on our own as an acoustic duo. We've since played all across Ireland for weddings, Day 2s, engagement parties, birthdays and every other occasion you can think of. We're hugely passionate about music. Figs holds a degree in Jazz and a masters in sex appeal. I hold a guitar. Between us, it works. While all the instruments we use are a guitar, a bass and our two voices, we try songs that no one would expect a two piece to play. We're always looking to see how far we expand our repertoire and play the songs we all love. Are we brothers? Father and son? Best pals? Who knows.

Having booked Brian & Figs for all our work events, we knew we just HAD to have them play at our wedding! Despite being asked to play on the top of a hill outside on the hottest day of the century, they played a blinder as usual! Brian & Figs were fantastic at our wedding! We still get compliments about them from our guests.
They played beautifully at our ceremony and rocked the place at the reception. They really know how to read a crowd and get people on the dancefloor.

We booked Brian & Figs for the Day Two of our wedding after seeing them perform live and they were amazing. They have a great sound and a great presence. They were also incredibly easy to deal with.

Can't thank Fiachra and Brian enough. They played our wedding in Abbeyleix and they blew everyone away! Had everyone up dancing from the word go. Not only are they extremely talented but they are very accommodating and easy to deal with too. There was no stress or hassle at any stage.
